Working hours - Full flexibility is required - this role will include 6am starts, 10pm finishes and weekend working

Overview
Reporting to the Branch Manager of Luton, you will be responsible for managing your accounts, daily check ins through busy periods and recruiting for your accounts. The successful candidate will have opportunity to progress within the recruitment industry and become a key member of the Luton branch - full training in 360 recruitment consultancy will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full and thorough registrations, ensuring all applicants meet the requirements of our clients
- Meeting and greeting candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Full on site account management and presence during peak season - this will include numerous daily check ins including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- Ensuring all candidates are inducted, have correct PPE and are aware of their shifts and duties on site
- Ensure all applicant issues, questions and concerns raised are managed in a timely manner ensuring a satisfactory conclusion for all concerned
- Ensuring all administrative duties are completed including use of CRM, right to work checks and timesheets
The ideal candidate
- MUST have a valid driving license and own vehicle as you will be required to travel to and from site throughout your working day
- Must be flexible with availability - every week will be different
- Be outgoing and confident in speaking with candidates and clients on all levels
- Must be customer focused
- Be competent in computer and writing/reading skills
- Must be quick thinking and proactive as no day is the same in this role
