As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and learning to operate a variety of machinery, carrying out quality checks and ensuring production processes are followed correctly. The role is active and physical, with operators spending most of the day on their feet and regularly moving materials around the production area. Key Responsibilities
Operating and learning to operate a range of production machinery Developing the skills required to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues Carrying out regular quality inspections and checks Maintaining accurate production and inspection records Following work instructions, quality standards and production procedures Completing paperwork and records using computer systems Working effectively as part of a team while also showing initiative Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting as required Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment About You
