Role Description
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
- Salary: £26K-£28K (dependant on experience) plus competitive bonus structure
- Benefits: 20 Holidays + Bank Holidays, birthday day off, attractive pension scheme, Perkbox membership
- Location: Leicester city centre, UK (travel required)
- This is a full-time on-site role in Leicester for a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Quest Employment.
- Management of existing client accounts
- Clear, uncapped & generous commission structure, based on branch profits rather than individual desks
- Extra holiday (birthday off, an extra day off for attending AGM & an extra day holiday for each year worked at Quest)
- Annual pay increases based on % of basic salary + % of commission earned
