Quest Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy retail distribution centre in Islip. We are offering fixed AM or PM shifts, giving you consistency and stability every week.

Available Fixed Shifts:

  • AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

You will work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends, based on the rota. Weekend work is paid at enhanced overtime rates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders using a voice-picking headset
  • Using RF scanners to process stock accurately
  • Packing and preparing products for dispatch
  • Following warehouse procedures and quality standards
  • Carrying out manual handling duties safely
  • Working towards daily productivity targets
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team when required

  • Reliable and committed individuals
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training
  • Comfortable with manual handling duties
  • Own transport is essential due to site location
  • Willing to complete a Drugs & Alcohol test
  • Previous warehouse or voice-picking experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
