Quest Employment are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work for our client in the DE74 area. safe, accurate and efficient execution of day-to-day warehouse activities to support operational performance and customer service. Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday Operate VNA trucks safely and in line with training, certification, and site procedures. Complete daily pre-use checks and report any defects or safety concerns immediately. Ensure stock is correctly located and recorded within warehouse systems (WMS). Support warehouse activities such as picking, replenishment, loading, unloading, and general stock handling when required. Work flexibly across VNA and other warehouse duties to meet operational needs. Promote a strong safety-first culture within the warehouse. Contribute ideas and support improvements to safety, efficiency, and warehouse processes. Proven experience operating VNA trucks in a warehouse or logistics environment. Experience using WMS/RF systems and understanding of stock control and warehouse operations. Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
