We are seeking reliable, hardworking
Night Shift Stock Replenishers
to assist a major retail store located in Worthing (BN11). This is a flexible, ad-hoc role ideal for anyone looking to earn competitive night rates, fit work around existing commitments, or pick up extra shifts. As a Stock Replenisher, you will play a vital role in ensuring store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and ready for customers every morning. Key Responsibilities
Unpacking deliveries and transferring stock efficiently to the retail sales floor.
Merchandising products cleanly and accurately onto shelves according to store guidelines.
Rotating stock to ensure freshness and correct date alignment.
Removing waste packaging, boxes, and keeping aisles clean, tidy, and safe.
Assisting with periodic stock takes or inventory counts when required.
Shift Details & Working Hours
Hours:
Night shifts (typical hours range from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Schedule:
Ad-hoc / flexible shifts depending on retail demand and delivery schedules.
Location:
On-site retail store in Worthing (BN11). Easily accessible via local public transport or car.
Requirements
Reliability:
Punctual and able to commit to booked night shifts.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to handle physical work, including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and carrying stock.
Attention to Detail:
Ensures stock is placed correctly and neatly on displays.
Team Player:
Works well independently and alongside the wider store team.
Experience:
Previous retail, shelf-filling, or warehouse experience is advantageous, but full guidance will be provided on-site.
