We're recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie to join a well-established, beautifully refurbished tea room near Battlers Green Farm, Radlett (WD7). This is an exciting time to join the team, with a new Head Chef leading the kitchen and driving the development of an innovative, fresh new menu. If you enjoy working with quality ingredients, contributing ideas, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard.
  • Assist in developing exciting new menu offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Help mentor junior team members where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative cooking.
  • A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
