Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Solderer on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with soldering experience to join a growing and innovative company specialising in the production of high-quality electrical connectors used across a range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for soldering precision electrical and electronic components while ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Soldering small electrical and electronic components to a high standard
  • Working from technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Assembling and connecting electrical components and connectors
  • Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on completed work
  • Ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
