- Monday to Thursday: 1:50pm - 12:00am
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Please Note: Due to the finish time of the afternoon shift, own transport is essential for the afternoon shift, as public transport is not available from Brackmills at midnight.
The Opportunity:
Quest Employment is recruiting experienced Production Line Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a fast-paced production and packing line
- Pack, label and prepare finished products for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Move and handle materials (heavy lifting is involved)
- Assist with the set-up and operation of production machinery
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
To be considered, you must have previous experience working on a production line or packing line within a manufacturing environment. You'll also need to:
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Have good attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Work well as part of a team
