Hours: Monday to Friday / 6am-2pm and 8am-4.30pm / flexibility required

Employment Type: Temp-Perm

Salary: £13.50 per hour (temp to perm after successful completion of 12 week probationary period)

Car: A drivers license and own car is essential for this role

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support warehouse operations at our client in Leicester. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership, operational, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse management teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Check-in Coordination: Greet and check in temporary workers at shift start; ensure full staffing and timely replacements if needed.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the inductions and deployment of temporary warehouse staff.
  • Performance & Compliance: Monitor attendance, productivity, and conduct of workers; support performance reviews.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records, provide daily and weekly KPI reports, and deliver operational updates to both the branch and client.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle operational challenges with flexibility and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Team building: Support our local recruitment branch as and when operationally required.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy - confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Flexibility to adapt to operational needs and occasional extended hours.
  • Drivers license and own vehicle is essential for this role due to travel between the site and our branch in Leicester city centre.
  • Background in recruitment or warehouse operations would be beneficial but not necessary.
