Quest Employment is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Brixworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that offers full training, long-term career prospects, and the chance to secure a permanent position.

You'll be working within a specialist manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

Please note: This role starts on a day shift (8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday). Successful candidates must be fully flexible and willing to move onto a permanent shift pattern after transferring to a permanent contract, in line with business requirements.

Permanent Shift Patterns:
  • Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Monday to Friday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am

30-minute unpaid break per shift. Enhanced pay rates apply once you.
