Pay: £13.00 - £15.80 per hour

Quest Employment are recruiting Warehouse Pickers and Warehouse Checkers to join a busy and well-established warehouse based in Alwalton Hill, PE7. These are fantastic opportunities to join a friendly, clean, and organised working environment with genuine opportunities to increase your hourly rate through performance.

Available Roles:

  • Warehouse Picker
  • Operating LLOP trucks (experience required, licence not essential)
  • Picking products from warehouse racking using handheld scanners
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 50kg - 2-man lift where possible)
  • Loading and unloading stock from MHE

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday
  • AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • PM Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Breaks:

  • Two paid 10-minute breaks
  • One unpaid 30-minute lunch break

Pay Rates: Your pay increases as you complete training and achieve productivity targets. £13.00 to £15.80

What We're Looking For:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Previous LLOP experience for Picker roles (licence not required)
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Previous Warehouse experience
  • Willing to support other warehouse duties when required, including:
    • Housekeeping
    • Rework
    • Handballing
    • Sorting boxes
    • Sweeping and maintaining warehouse hygiene
  • Able to successfully complete a Drug & Alcohol test (random testing is carried out on site)
