HLOP Drivers Required

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced HLOP Drivers for a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Coventry, CV2. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, consistent shifts and the opportunity for long-term employment within a modern warehouse environment.
The Role
- Operating a HLOP (High Level Order Picker) safely and efficiently
- Picking customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
- Replenishing stock to designated warehouse locations
- Loading and unloading stock where required
- Moving products safely throughout the warehouse
- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved
Key Skills and Experience
- Experienced in operating a HLOP truck
- In possession of a valid and accredited or in house HLOP licence, as well as Reach, Counterbalance or VNA
- Comfortable working at height in a warehouse environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
