Quest Employment is currently recruiting Goods In Reach Truck Drivers on behalf of our client based in Lutterworth (LE17). This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation, offering consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.
Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Overtime: Available
The Role: As a Goods In Reach Truck Driver, you will play a key role in the warehouse operation, ensuring all inbound deliveries are received, checked, and stored safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for operating a Reach Truck to move stock within the warehouse while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Reach Truck to unload and move incoming stock.
- Receive and check inbound deliveries against delivery documentation.
- Put stock away into the correct warehouse locations.
- Replenish stock where required.
- Carry out stock movements accurately in line with warehouse procedures.
- Report any damaged or missing goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Reach Truck licence, or an expired Reach Truck licence that expired within the last 12 months.
- Previous Reach Truck and warehouse experience, ideally within a Goods In environment.
- A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport is essential due to the location and limited public transport options.
- A DBS check will be carried out as part of the pre-employment process.
Important Information: This role is based within a high-security warehouse due to the nature and value of the products stored on site. As part of the site's security procedures, all employees are subject to routine security searches when entering and leaving the warehouse.
