We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our bar and front-of-house operations across weddings, events, and functions. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee event delivery, manage and train staff, maintain high service standards, control stock and bar operations, and help create exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with our Wedding & Events team, you will ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to close-down.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support bar and front-of-house teams
- Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance
- Oversee event setup, food and beverage service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage stock ordering, control, and bar profitability
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
