Quest Employment is currently recruiting an
Experienced Picker / Packer
to join a busy warehouse operation based in Moulton Park, Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and stable Monday-to-Friday hours. The role will mainly involve picking and packing smaller items, preparing customer orders and supporting dispatch operations.
Experience using scanners is advantageous, while experience shipping orders using a PC would be a bonus. The Role
As an Experienced Picker / Packer, your duties may include: Picking and packing smaller items accurately and efficiently
Preparing customer orders for dispatch
Using handheld scanners to process stock and orders
Using a PC to support shipping and dispatch administration
Operating PPT equipment
Checking orders and ensuring items are packed correctly
Supporting general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Key Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who have: Previous experience in a picking and packing role
Experience operating PPT equipment
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work at pace in a busy warehouse
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using handheld scanners (advantageous but not essential)
Basic computer skills
Previous experience shipping orders using a PC (desirable)
