Weekly Pay Quest Employment are currently recruiting Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Coventry, CV8. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and a guaranteed pay increase after two weeks. Please note: We can accept candidates with an in-house Counterbalance qualification or an expired Counterbalance licence. The Role As a Counterbalance Driver, your duties may include: Operating a Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
Loading and unloading deliveries
Picking and replenishing stock
Using warehouse systems and equipment as required
Checking stock and maintaining accurate locations
General warehouse duties will be required if no work available on the Counterbalance truck
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable and punctual
Experienced operating a Counterbalance Truck (minimum 3 months experience)
Safety-conscious and able to follow warehouse procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7
Holds an accredited, in-house or expired Counterbalance licence Pay and Benefits Working with Quest Employment offers: £13.15 per hour
