Catering Assistants
to work on a temporary basis across a variety of client sites. This is a flexible opportunity with both
day and night shifts available , making it suitable for candidates looking for temporary or flexible work. As a Catering Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of catering and food service areas, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service and food preparation. Key Responsibilities
Washing up and maintaining clean kitchen and catering areas
Refilling and restocking vending machines
Serving customers from counters and food service areas
Operating tills and handling customer payments accurately
Carrying out basic food preparation
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
Restocking food, drinks and catering supplies as required
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Working effectively as part of a team
Carrying out other general catering duties as required by the client
Requirements
Previous catering, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work day and/or night shifts
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good standards of personal hygiene and presentation
