Contract:
Temporary / Seasonal The Role Yes, you read that right. We're paying people to decorate Christmas trees!
?? If you're one of those people who can't wait to get the Christmas decorations out (or even if you're not!), we've got a rather festive opportunity for you! We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join a busy seasonal production team in Holbeach. Your job? Helping to get Christmas trees looking fabulous and ready for the festive season! It's hands-on work, you'll be on your feet throughout the day, and there are targets to meet. So whilst it sounds like a bit of festive fun,
you'll still need to bring a good work ethic! What You'll Be Doing Decorating Christmas trees ready for customers. Making sure decorations are positioned neatly and consistently. Checking finished trees meet quality standards. Working alongside your team to meet daily production targets. Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised. What You'll Need A good eye for detail — nobody wants a wonky Christmas tree! Reliable timekeeping and a willingness to work. The ability to work at pace without compromising quality. Happy to be on your feet for long periods. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. Your own transport is essential
due to the location and early starts. Previous production or assembly experience would be useful, but a willingness to learn and get stuck in is just as important. Hours & Pay Wednesday to Friday:
6am – 5pm | £13.50 per hour Saturday:
6am – 5pm | £15.50 per hour What You Might Not Like Let's be clear — this isn't sitting around drinking hot chocolate while casually hanging baubles! It's a busy production environment, you'll be standing for much of your shift, and you'll need to keep up with the pace. But if you enjoy practical work, like seeing the results of your efforts and fancy earning some extra money before Christmas, this could be just the ticket!
