Temporary We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy seasonal team in Holbeach, decorating Christmas trees in preparation for the festive season. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can work well as part of a team. Working Hours
Wednesday
–Friday 6am–5pm pay rate:£13.50 per hour
Saturday 6am–5pm pay rate:£15.50 per hour
10 hours paid per shift. Duties & Responsibilities
Decorating artificial Christmas trees with seasonal decorations. Assembling and preparing finished products. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Following straightforward production and assembly processes. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets. Candidate Requirements
Good attention to detail. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Able to follow instructions and work at a steady pace. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must have access to a car or live locally, as public transport options are very limited. What You Will Need
Safety boots (essential). Your own lunch and refreshments. Reliable transport to and from the workplace.
