The Role
As a Highways Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily highways maintenance and repair operations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising highways operatives and subcontractors on site
- Planning and coordinating daily work activities
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Managing materials, equipment, and resources effectively
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal teams
- Completing site documentation and reports
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within highways maintenance, roadworks, or civil engineering

- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
