The Role

  • Calling inbound and warm leads
  • Speaking with business decision-makers in Dutch and English
  • Asking structured questions to qualify customer interest and requirements
  • Building rapport and creating a positive first impression
  • Accurately logging call outcomes and customer information
  • Passing qualified opportunities to the wider team
  • Managing workloads independently in a remote environment

Key Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English - mandatory
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Able to communicate naturally without relying on scripts
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
