Warehouse Operatives Required Weekly Pay Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.
We are looking for candidates with previous warehouse experience and good scanning experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A Forklift licence would be a bonus , but it is not essential for this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable full-time hours, weekly pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
Picking and moving stock around the warehouse
Using handheld scanners to accurately record stock movements
Loading and unloading goods
Checking incoming and outgoing stock
Preparing orders for dispatch
Labelling and organising stock
Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Key Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous warehouse experience
Have experience using handheld scanners
Are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Have good attention to detail and accuracy
Are comfortable with manual handling
Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Can work independently and as part of a team
Have a good understanding of warehouse procedures
Hold a Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
