Warehouse Operatives – Islip Location: Islip, NN14 Pay Rate: £14.74 per hour Overtime Rate: £18.76 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday | 14:00 – 22:00 Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing Start Date: Immediate Start Available Goods In Operatives Required Quest Employment is currently recruiting Goods In Operatives for a busy warehouse in Islip, working with a leading high-street clothing and accessories brand. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates looking for consistent hours, long-term work and the chance to gain experience in a busy logistics environment. Full training will be provided. The Role Your duties will include: Receiving, unloading and checking incoming deliveries against paperwork. Checking goods for damage, discrepancies and incorrect quantities. Scanning and processing stock using RF scanners and warehouse systems. Sorting and organising incoming stock before moving it to the correct locations. Loading and unloading deliveries safely. Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting any issues. Working with the warehouse team to meet deadlines. Keeping the working environment clean, safe and organised. Following site procedures and health and safety guidelines. Skills & Experience Required Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Basic spoken and written English. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Comfortable with manual handling duties. Own transport to the site is essential. Must be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test. Previous goods-in, warehouse or stock-control experience is beneficial but not essential. Pay & Benefits £14.74 per hour. Overtime paid at £18.76 per hour. Consistent Monday to Friday shifts.
