VNA & Reach Truck Drivers Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced VNA and Reach Truck Drivers for a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton. We are ideally looking for candidates with both VNA and Reach Truck experience. However, candidates with a Reach Truck licence and relevant experience will also be considered. Please note: Reach Truck experience and a Reach Truck licence are the minimum requirements. Candidates without at least Reach Truck experience will not be considered. VNA experience is strongly preferred.

The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position where you will initially work at the Warehouse Operative rate while completing an assessment. Following a successful FLT assessment, eligible candidates will move onto the higher FLT pay rate. You will be responsible for the safe movement, storage and replenishment of stock throughout the warehouse, while supporting general warehouse duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating VNA and/or Reach Truck FLT equipment safely and efficiently
- Moving stock to and from warehouse racking locations
- Replenishing pick locations
- Putting away and retrieving stock accurately
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Completing stock movements using warehouse systems
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a Reach Truck licence and have relevant operating experience (essential)
- Have previous warehouse experience
- Have VNA experience and a valid VNA licence (highly desirable)
- Ideally hold both VNA and Reach Truck licences
- Have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Are reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Candidates with both VNA and Reach Truck experience will be given preference.
Pay & Benefits
Warehouse Operative Rate – Before Assessment
- AM Shift (06:00–14:00) £13.99 per hour
- PM Shift (14:00–22:00) £14.99 per hour
FLT Rate – Following Successful Assessment
- AM Shift (06:00–14:00) £14.86 per hour
- PM Shift (14:00–22:00) £15.86 per hour
