VNA Drivers Required Long-Term Opportunity

Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced VNA Drivers for a well-established warehouse operation based in Moulton Park, Northampton. The Role

As a VNA Driver, you will be responsible for the safe movement, storage, and replenishment of stock throughout the warehouse. You will play an important role in maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring high standards of accuracy and safety. This is a hands-on warehouse role, and applicants should be comfortable supporting general warehouse duties when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently
  • Moving stock to and from warehouse racking locations
  • Replenishing pick locations
  • Putting away and retrieving stock accurately
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Completing stock movements using warehouse systems
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all site Health & Safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

  • Valid VNA licence (in-house licences accepted if current)
  • Minimum 12 months recent VNA driving experience
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ideal Candidate

Candidates holding both VNA and Reach Truck licences will be highly desirable. Any type of valid VNA licence combined with a Reach Truck licence would be a significant advantage, as there may be opportunities to support multiple warehouse functions.
