Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Weedon, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a clean, regulated production environment, with full training provided and genuine long-term prospects for the right candidates.
The Role
You will play an important part in the production of liquid medicines, helping to maintain high standards across quality, hygiene, and safety throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning tasks
- Operating bottling and production machinery
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Working in line with GMP procedures and company standards
- Maintaining hygiene, quality, and health & safety requirements
- Reporting faults, issues, or production deviations promptly
Candidate Requirements
We welcome applicants with experience in:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Food production
- FMCG environments
- Factory or production roles
You should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- A strong team player
- Detail-focused and able to follow procedures carefully
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and a 7-day rota
- Committed to working safely and to a high standard
Previous experience with GMP procedures, bottling lines, or packing lines would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
