Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + £1.20 per hour shift allowance for AM & PM shifts; £12.71 per hour + £1.68 per hour shift allowance for night shifts

Quest Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Weedon, Northamptonshire. The Role

You will play an important part in the production of liquid medicines, helping to maintain high standards across quality, hygiene, and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning tasks
  • Operating bottling and production machinery
  • Completing production paperwork accurately
  • Working in line with GMP procedures and company standards
  • Maintaining hygiene, quality, and health & safety requirements
  • Reporting faults, issues, or production deviations promptly

Candidate Requirements

  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Food production
  • FMCG environments
  • Factory or production roles

You should be:

  • Reliable and punctual
