Due to the finish time of the afternoon shift,
own transport is essential

Production Line Operatives
for a well-established manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a
temp-to-perm opportunity , offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Key Responsibilities
As a Production Line Operative, you will: Work on a fast-paced production and packing line Pack, label and prepare finished products for dispatch Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Move and handle materials (heavy lifting is involved) Assist with the set-up and operation of production machinery Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment Follow all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For
To be considered, you
must have previous experience working on a production line or packing line
within a manufacturing environment. You'll also need to: Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Have good attention to detail Be reliable, punctual and hardworking Work well as part of a team What's in It for You?
