The Role
- Operating PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) equipment safely and efficiently
- Picking orders using PPT trucks
- Picking orders off the PPT truck
- Using handheld scanners or pick sheets
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations
- General warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Key Skills and Experience
- Experienced PPT drivers (essential)
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working on the PPT trucks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to follow health & safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
Previous experience in warehouse, production, picking, packing, manufacturing, logistics or factory work would be beneficial.
