Food Production Worker Required – Moulton Park
Quest Employment is currently recruiting Food Production Worker to join a busy sandwich manufacturing facility based in Moulton Park, Northampton (NN3).
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working directly on production lines within a chilled food manufacturing environment.
The Role
As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Preparing and assembling sandwiches and food products.
- Working directly on busy production lines.
- Packing, labelling and checking finished products.
- Ensuring products meet quality and customer standards.
- Working towards daily production targets.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider production team as required.
Working Environment
Please note: This is a chilled food production environment, and candidates must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures throughout their shift.
The role involves working directly on production lines, standing for extended periods and carrying out repetitive tasks.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are comfortable working in a chilled environment.
- Are happy working directly on production lines.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Are reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Can follow instructions and food hygiene procedures.
- Can work at a consistent pace to meet production targets.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential, as the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
Pay & Benefits
- AM Shift: £13.75 per hour | 06:00–14:30
- Night Shift: £14.95 per hour | 22:00–06:30
- Any 5 days out of 7.
