Food Production Operatives
to join a busy sandwich manufacturing facility based in Moulton Park, Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing, full-time work with weekly pay and consistent shifts. The role involves preparing, assembling and packing food products on busy production lines within a chilled manufacturing environment. Please note: Candidates must be available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends when required, and be comfortable working in a chilled environment. Previous food production experience would be beneficial but is not essential. The Role
As a Food Production Operative, your duties may include: Working on busy sandwich production and packing lines
Preparing and assembling sandwiches and other food products
Packing, labelling and preparing finished products
Carrying out basic quality checks
Ensuring products meet company and customer standards
Following food hygiene and safety procedures
Working towards daily production targets
Maintaining a clean, tidy and hygienic workstation
Completing repetitive production tasks accurately and efficiently
Supporting the wider production team when required
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who: Are comfortable working in a chilled food production environment
Can work any 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
Are happy standing for extended periods on a production line
Are comfortable completing repetitive tasks
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Have good attention to detail
Can follow instructions and food hygiene procedures
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work well as part of a team
Have previous food production, manufacturing or packing experience, desirable but not essential
Shift Patterns & Pay
AM Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm
£13.75 per hour
Any 5 out of 7 days
Night Shift 10:00pm - 6:30am
£14.95 per hour
Any 5 out of 7 days
