Quest Employment are currently looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to support a busy warehouse operation based in Brackmills, Northampton. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking for consistent full-time night shifts, weekly pay and the chance to move into a permanent position after 12 weeks. You will be joining a modern, well-equipped warehouse with a friendly and supportive team.
The Role
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload and move goods safely
- Stacking, palletising and organising stock
- Moving goods throughout the warehouse
- Completing basic equipment checks before use
- Supporting general warehouse duties where needed
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Key Skills and Experience
- Hold a valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence, such as ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT
- Have previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Are confident operating a Counterbalance FLT in a busy setting
- Have good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
