Line Supply Picker – Day Shift Location: Alconbury Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing Shift: Day Shift Shift Pattern: 4 on / 3 off / 3 on / 4 off Vacancies: 3 We are currently recruiting Line Supply Pickers to join a busy warehouse and production operation at MM Flowers in Alconbury . This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous warehouse and handheld scanning experience who are looking for ongoing work within an established and fast-paced operation. The Role As a Line Supply Picker, you will be responsible for picking and supplying the correct products and materials to production lines, helping to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Pick products and materials accurately using a handheld scanner . Supply production lines with the correct materials when required. Ensure all stock is scanned and recorded correctly. Move stock safely around the warehouse and production areas. Check product codes, quantities and locations carefully. Maintain high levels of picking accuracy. Report any stock discrepancies or issues promptly. Follow all Health & Safety and site procedures. Maintain a clean and organised working area. Work closely with warehouse and production teams to meet daily requirements. About You To be considered for this position, you must have: Previous handheld scanning experience – essential Previous warehouse experience – essential Good attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence working in a busy warehouse environment. A reliable approach to work and good attendance. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work the required 4 on / 3 off / 3 on / 4 off day-shift pattern . Onboarding Suitable candidates will be required to complete background and eligibility checks before starting. Once these checks have been successfully completed, you will attend a 2-hour induction
