We're recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a highly respected independent performance vehicle specialist with an outstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship and customer service. This isn't a dealership environment driven purely by volume. Instead, you'll be working on some of the world's most desirable sports and performance vehicles, carrying out everything from routine servicing and maintenance through to diagnostics, fault finding and complex mechanical repairs. Every job is completed properly, with time taken to get it right first time.

The Role

  • Servicing and maintaining premium performance vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Carrying out diagnostics and fault finding using modern diagnostic equipment.
  • Repairing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
  • Completing inspections and identifying additional work where required.
  • Working closely with fellow technicians to solve complex technical issues.
  • Maintaining detailed job records and ensuring exceptional workmanship on every vehicle.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and operating to the highest safety standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working on vehicles and takes real pride in producing quality work. Ideally you'll have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A methodical approach to repairs and servicing.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a skilled workshop team.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working with prestige or performance vehicles would be advantageous, but technicians from main dealers or high-quality independent garages who are passionate about developing their skills are also encouraged to apply.
