Job Description FLT Driver - Night Shift \n Location: Panattoni Park, Northampton, NN7 Pay Rate: £15.39 per hour Shifts: Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate starts available \n FLT Drivers Required - Northampton NN7 \n Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7. \n This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates with Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience who are looking for consistent night shift work, weekly pay and a temporary to permanent opportunity. \n The Role \n As an FLT Driver, your duties may include: \n \n Operating FLT equipment safely, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance \n Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently \n Moving stock around the warehouse and placing goods into the correct locations \n Completing and checking basic paperwork and warehouse documentation \n Carrying out pre-use equipment checks before operating machinery \n Reporting any issues with stock, racking, equipment or safety concerns \n Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised \n Supporting general warehouse duties when required \n Following all site health and safety procedures at all times \n Training across different areas of the warehouse where needed \n \n What We're Looking For \n We are looking for candidates who: \n \n Hold a valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence \n Have previous warehouse experience \n Are confident operating FLT equipment in a busy warehouse environment \n Are reliable, punctual and safety-focused \n Have good attention to detail \n Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team \n Are flexible and willing to support other warehouse areas when required \n Must be able to drive due to the site location \n \n Licence Requirements \n \n In-house licences are accepted \n Accredited licences such as RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT are preferred \n Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance experience is required \n \n What's in it for you? \n \n £15.39 per hour \n Sunday to Thursday night shift \n 10:00pm - 6:00am working hours \n Temporary to permanent opportunity \n Immediate starts available \n Full training and ongoing development \n Modern warehouse environment \n Supportive team culture \n Opportunity for career progression \n Support from Quest Employment \n \n Apply Now \n If you are interested in this FLT Driver night shift role in Northampton, NN7, apply today and a member of the Quest Employment team will contact you shortly. \
