We are recruiting on behalf of a Michelin-recognised pub with rooms located in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a high-quality, fresh food kitchen across both restaurant service and guest dining.
