Quest Employment are currently recruiting Nursery Workers for a busy and growing nursery farm based in Holme-On-Spalding-Moor. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The Role
- Planting and potting flowers and plants
- Watering and maintaining flowers and plants to quality standards
- Preparing flowers and plants for dispatch
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Labelling and packaging products ready for delivery
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Working within greenhouse and outdoor environments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the working areas
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- General nursery and warehouse duties
Key Skills and Experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
