The Role
As an Exhibition Stand Foreman / Team Leader, you will oversee the manufacture and installation of bespoke exhibition stands, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing exhibition stand projects from final design through to production and installation
- Leading and motivating a team of workshop operatives
- Planning workloads to ensure project deadlines are achieved
- Manufacturing bespoke exhibition stands to a high standard
- Supervising stand installations at customer sites
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health
