As an Embroidery Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our production process, with a variety of tasks including:

Production Tasks: Packing, folding T-shirts, printing, sorting, and dispatching products.

Quality Control: Checking and labelling products to ensure quality standards are met.

Graphic Editing: Assisting with the editing and realignment of graphics before printing or embroidery.

Machine Operation: Changing threads by size and color as needed.

Health & Safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations while achieving daily productivity targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
-
A proficient level of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
-
Experience operating industrial embroidery machinery is a must.

The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing assignments.
-
Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina (standing, lifting, bending, and moving products up to 15kg).

A team-oriented attitude with a focus on accuracy and diligence.
