Quest Employment are currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives for a busy and growing company based in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

  • Preparing salad products for dispatch
  • Counting and checking stock accurately
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Labelling and preparing products ready for delivery
  • Loading and unloading deliveries as required
  • Assisting with stock rotation and quality checks
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the dispatch area
  • Working within warehouse, dispatch, and production environments
  • Following health and safety and food hygiene procedures at all times
  • General dispatch and warehouse duties

Key Skills and Experience

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work within chilled environments if required

Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, production, picking, packing, logistics, or food production would be beneficial but is not essential.
