Quest Employment are currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives for a busy and growing company based in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
The Role
- Preparing salad products for dispatch
- Counting and checking stock accurately
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Labelling and preparing products ready for delivery
- Loading and unloading deliveries as required
- Assisting with stock rotation and quality checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the dispatch area
- Working within warehouse, dispatch, and production environments
- Following health and safety and food hygiene procedures at all times
- General dispatch and warehouse duties
Key Skills and Experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work within chilled environments if required
Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, production, picking, packing, logistics, or food production would be beneficial but is not essential.
