The Role
As a Warehouse Operative Yard Shunter, you'll be responsible for moving trailers safely around the yard while supporting warehouse operations when required. Your duties will include:
- Safely manoeuvring trailers between loading bays and designated yard locations.
- Positioning trailers for loading and unloading.
- Carrying out routine vehicle and equipment safety checks.
- Supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties.
- Maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
