Company Description: Quest Employment is a leading recruitment specialist within the Midlands, offering temporary and permanent staffing solutions across various sectors. Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Salary: £26K-£35K (dependant on experience) plus competitive bonus structure

Reporting to: Branch manager

This is a full-time on-site role in Coventry for a Recruitment Consultant at Quest Employment. This would be an extremely heavy sales based role and you will primarily be tasked with winning new business for the branch.

The successful candidate will be walking in to branch based commission.

Responsibilities:

  • New business development via sales calls, emails & face to face meetings and other means (80% of the role)
  • Management of existing client accounts
  • Advertise active roles through all available means
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations
  • Regularly attend client sites to gauge & improve service levels
  • Maintaining strong relationships with workers, clients & colleagues
  • Maintain high levels of compliance

Requirements for applicants:

  • Experience in business to business sales is essential for this role - you must be comfortable and confident in your sales ability with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication skills

  • A positive & 'can do' attitude
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is beneficial for this role
  • Driving license and own vehicle is essential for this role
