Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Fluent Dutch & English Lead Qualifier to join a growing and dynamic business operating across the Dutch market. This is not a hard sales role. No cold calling or aggressive sales targets; the focus is on building rapport, having meaningful conversations and identifying genuine opportunities.
The Role
- Calling inbound and warm leads
- Speaking with business decision-makers in Dutch and English
- Asking structured questions to qualify customer interest and requirements
- Building rapport and creating a positive first impression
- Accurately logging call outcomes and customer information
- Passing qualified opportunities to the wider team
- Managing workloads independently in a remote environment
Key Skills and Experience
- Fluent in both Dutch and English - mandatory
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Able to communicate naturally without relying on scripts
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to think quickly and adapt conversations when needed
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, customer service, account management or business development would be beneficial but is not essential.
