We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing pallet refurbishment operation based in Bardon Hill, Coalville.
This is a fantastic opportunity for hardworking and reliable individuals looking for long-term work with a well-established company.
Duties Include:
- Refurbishing and repairing wooden pallets.
- Inspecting pallets for damage and quality.
- Using hand and power tools safely.
- Sorting and stacking pallets ready for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Meeting daily production targets while working as part of a team.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
- Ability to work rotational shifts and adapt to changing workloads.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Shift Pattern:
- Rotational shifts.
