Are you a passionate chef looking for your next opportunity in a beautiful, independently run tea room? We're recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie to join a well-established, beautifully refurbished tea room near Battlers Green Farm, Radlett (WD7).
This is an exciting time to join the team, with a new Head Chef leading the kitchen and driving the development of an innovative, fresh new menu. If you enjoy working with quality ingredients, contributing ideas, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Help mentor junior team members where required.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative cooking.
- Food hygiene knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.
Competitive pay of £14.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Permanent, full-time position.
