We are recruiting on behalf of an independent, award-winning restaurant for a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This role is ideal for a confident, driven chef looking to run a section and continue developing within a high-quality kitchen focused on seasonal British produce.
The Role
- Running your own section and supporting daily kitchen operations
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong knife skills and solid section management experience
- Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or Rosette-awarded kitchen
- Passionate about cooking with quality, seasonal ingredients
- Reliable, positive, and able to work well as part of a team
- Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
