About the Role
Quest Employment are recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a leading cereal-based manufacturer in Orton, Peterborough. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment and career progression. The site operates 24/7, so flexibility and weekend working may be required.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Rotating 4-day pattern
Weekly pay every Friday
Duties
- Operating Counterbalance FLT and PPT
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking, packing, scanning, labelling and palletising
- Stock movements and warehouse duties
- Following Health & Safety and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT + PPT licence – RTITB/ITSSAR essential
- Previous FLT experience in a racked warehouse
- Good level of English
- Basic computer/scanner skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 15kg
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
