Our client, a well-established distribution and storage warehouse based in Burton-on-Trent, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who can lead by example and support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily warehouse operations
- Managing and motivating warehouse staff
- Ensuring goods are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately
- Monitoring productivity and performance levels
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Supporting stock control and inventory management
- Assisting with loading and unloading when required
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised
