A well-established riverside gastro pub/hotel in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Breakfast Chef to help launch and develop a brand-new breakfast service under an experienced new GM.

The role will focus on fresh classic breakfast dishes including full English breakfasts, eggs benedict, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and lighter brunch-style options. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and wants to be part of building a new offering within an already successful site.
