\Quest Employment is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Brackley.
\This role is based within a meat processing plant, supporting the movement and preparation of raw food products as part of the production process. The position involves repetitive, hands-on work within a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable carrying out manual tasks for extended periods.
\Please note, this role involves working in a strong-smelling environment and handling animal-based products. n Supporting the intake and production process
Carrying out repetitive production line tasks
Working to quality, hygiene and safety standards
Meeting daily production targets
Comfortable working in a food production environment
Comfortable handling animal-based products
Able to work 12-hour shifts (6:00am 6:00pm)
Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
£15.65 per hour
